All of our deals are shared to our mailing list on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

The deals issued are not bound by location or strategy and must pass our strict criteria before we consider selling them.

We also offer a further service whereby we:

• Arrange and review a full building survey, reporting back with our comments,
• Appoint one of our Project Manager's and/or a trusted build teams who have an in-house PM,
• Work with them to negotiate and finalise the build estimate and schedule of works, including findings from the survey, 
• Keep said PM/build team up-to-date throughout the conveyancing process so they know when your sale is due to complete,
• Introduce you to the PM/build team who will run/manage the refurb for you and send you regular progress updates
