At Dugard Group, we are passionate about property, investment, and creating opportunities that deliver real change for our clients, our investors, and ourselves. Our group is made up of three complimentary companies: Dugard Holdings, our personal investment brand led by George and Hannah Dugard, Dugard Property, South Wales’ largest property sourcing company, and Elm & Ivy Lettings; our newly established letting agency (offering exclusive rates to Dugard Property clients).
Our Story
Life hasn’t always been smooth, but every challenge shaped the journey we’re on today. George faced hardships growing up, while Hannah dropped out of university twice and fell into debt. Yet we shared the same dream: financial, location, and time freedom—and a life doing what we love.
George earned a first-class law degree but found his passion in the building trade, mastering plastering and other hands-on skills. Our paths crossed while travelling in Malaysia, sparking a long-distance relationship that pushed us both to rethink what we wanted from life. George was working on the Isle of Wight, Hannah in a corporate IT role—but we knew life was too short to settle, especially after George’s brother passed away.
We explored countless business ideas until one YouTube video changed everything: property investing. We dived in headfirst, learning everything through podcasts, books, and free courses. George left plastering behind, and Hannah joined full-time after 1.5 years.
Today, we live in Spain with our two amazing children, have travelled to over 40 countries, and enjoy our freedom every day. We now own 50+ properties, have raised £10 million in finance, and sourced over 1,000 properties for clients.
When we’re not working, you’ll find us golfing, playing padel, swimming with the kids, or exploring new destinations. Property isn’t just our business—it’s our passion. Helping people build wealth, change their lives, and providing the very best service drives everything we do.

Founded in 2019 and based in Caerphilly, Dugard Property has grown rapidly to become Wales’ biggest property sourcing company. Our team of 13 dedicated professionals have completed over 1,000 deals, specialising in South Wales while also sourcing opportunities across England.
